Noticed that there's quite a price jump between 3 and 4tb drives. Honestly, are the 4tbs worth it now?

I was thinking of getting the cheaper ones like Toshiba 4gb. Is this one supposed to be good?

The cheapest is $223, Seagate 4TB 5900rpm @Cybermind
