are u using 5G SA? SA coverage is not that good yet. my wife is on 5G NSA. didn't hear any complaints from her so far..

Having the issue with 4G as well. No problem with other browser.

Everytime Safari is unable to load a page, I need to terminate and launch again. This happens even when I switch to other apps and come back to use Safari.

Updated to 16.3 for IPhone and IPad Pro.

IPad still feels the same.

However my IPhone appears to be running on steroids now !!!
Super snappy and much faster than before .

Seems like turning off private relay fixed the issue. Have not tried “limit ip tracking” though I found that option now thanks to leong

Those using ip14pro and pro max don’t update to 16.3. Seems like the stuttering when swipe up to Home Screen issue came back after updating to 16.3. 16.2 is the smoothest experience so far
