i installed the beta last week on wednesday.. received the notification informing that Siri AI is ready the next day after joining the waiting list.

For those who still havent got Siri AI, here's what worked for me
Btw im using Singapore English

Go to settings,turn SIri off
Shut down iphone
Turn on iphone
Go settings turn siri on again

got it after a while


If still doesnt work after restart,try going into settings,turn Siri Off, close settings from recent tab
Go in to settings and turn Siri on again
