Once you swipe up to the multi-tasking menu, you got to swipe right fast, then you will encounter the bug.

No idea what happen but after upgrading to iOS 27.0 and Homepod software 27, when morning alarm sounded from iPhone, I ask Siri to stop alarm, Homepod will reply no alarm found so need to wake up and walk to iphone to swipe dismiss the alarm.

Previous on iOS 26 and Homepod OS 26 no such issue, the iphone alarm will stop after telling homepod to stop the alarm.

I managed to troubleshoot it. Turn off your assistive touch and force restart your phone.
This glitch will then go away.
Can try if it works for you.
