Hi I have a M.2 SSD that I want to access files from, however my B450 board only has 1 slot and it's already used, what would be an alternative way to access the files? Do I need to buy a converter or something? Would prefer not to spend on an enclosure as it would just be a one time access

You can get USB-C enclosures. The Orico, Silverstone and Sabrent ones are good
