Some help with PC Building please

Hi all! New to replacing my CPU components and all so help me out please. My PC currently has the listed specs (which I am aware of). However, I feel like upgrading my GPU (and PSU if needed to), but, herein lies the question. How do I know if the GPU I have in mind are compatible with my motherboard etc.?

The GPU I have in mind is XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS Black Edition 8GB GDDR5. (Also, anybody got reviews of this GPU?)
