Hi, I am having some problems in choosing either UOL's Computing and Information System or UOW's Computer Science (Digital Systems Security). Hope bros or sis here are able to help.
1) Is the Hons really that useful / important when looking for a job? My main concern about taking a degree with or without the Hons is partly the exemptions which lowers my course fees greatly. As compared to 37k for UOL, I get 1.5 yrs exemption for UOW, which lowers the fees to 21k.
2) How hectic is the will it be for the following courses? And if it's really wise for me to go for UOW
3) Anyone taken a bank loan for the studies before? How does it work? Interest rates, paybacks?
