Hi I bought a grey import Sony Ericsson Ray from one of the stalls in SLS located on the ground floor. That was about a year back. It is a made for China model. It had been giving battery issues in that the battery drain was very fast. However, I lived with the problem as there is no warranty. Just two days back the phone died completely. It was not possible to charge the battery to get it to work. Anyway, my father bought a new battery (without telling me... hai) and when he popped in the new battery, the phone came on and it could be used. However, overnight (last night), the phone has died again. It seems that the battery has been drained flat and the phone is unable to charge the batter.

Any place I get this phone repaired? Anyone knows if Sony Service Centre will repair grey imports?

Thanks!

they will not service imports normally, but you can try asking them for help.
