sound blaster control panel empty in windows 10

after upgrading to windows 10, my sound blaster jam's control panel app is just displaying the window and the sb jam's picture.

there're suppose to be buttons and options for equaliser settings.

I've also downloaded creative's latest windows 10 version of the software but still the same problem. :(

anyone with sound blaster products having same problem?
