Hei guys,hoping to get some advice here.
My phone has issues when playing videos from third party apps and websites e.g youtube and FB. The phone seems to think its in headphone mode even when there is no headphone attached.
In other words,when i play videos,no sound bar appears on screen,volume button on left is nt working. But when i plug in earphones,sound emits frm the earpiece.
However,wen i play voice memos and recordings,the loudspeaker sounds alright.
I partially solved this problem. What i did was to plug my phone via usb,play a video and while it is playing,pull out the usb port,video stops.when i play it again,loudspeaker works
This will be okay for a few hours,then same issue happens again.
