Speedway Mini 3 e-scooter

Hi any one knows how to cap the speed limit of the speedway mini 3 to 25KM/h as per LTA requirements. Can we do it on our own or webhave to go shop to do it? I know for etwow it can be done DIY.

There should be a grey wire unplugged.. You try and see if got anot.

Press and hold power button and mode button at the same time until P0 appears. Press mode until u reach P8. Press power to change the setting. Then press power to reduce the number to 65, which will cap it at 25. (Power to reduce and mode to increase) try not to touch other settings except for P5 which is kickstart (1) and non kickstart (0). When done, just press and hold mode and power at the same time until it goes to normal

Hi, not sure if u still reading post from here or not. I tried your way and lowered mine to 50 than it runs 25km. But when i ride it isnt 25.
Just 19. Is there a way to make it ride 25 but free wheel oso 25?

Is the speed limit tested during freewheel? what if my free wheel is 28km/hr but when i ride it, it goes only up to 25km/hr?
