SPF Medical Help

I am currently a PNSmen with PES B1L1. Today, my specialist gave me a memo seeking for permanent exemption from sit-ups in IPPT. Anybody know what SPF will replace sit-ups with ?

If that's the case maybe u will kena PES B2

Thank you for telling me. I have emailed NS.sg so that they can inform my PNSmen PO about the memo.
