i think they first started delivery to mail box at the start of covid circuit breaker. till now, my parent's estate is still delivery to mailbox. have they resume door step delivery in any other estates ?

my parents are very old, it's so inconvenient that they have to pick it up at the mailbox. I mean we don't mind paying more for door step delivery. but is that option even available now ?
