SPTD driver not installed on Windows 7 64-bit

i try to install dt it prompts the SPTD install and says the comp needs to restart. I restart and it resumes the install.. gets to the same spot and says it needs to restart again. I've restarted several times but no luck. I have deleted the registry and re-install but still not working. Need some expert here for help. thanks
