Anyone know if one can subscribe to a stock's Dividend Reinvestment Plan if the stock if bought under one's SRS account?

Yes, you can. I always chose to reinvest the dividends for the stocks in my SRS account.

If one doesn't choose to reinvest the dividends, then the dividends will be paid into the SRS account
