SSD died?

seem like my crucial m4 suddently cannot be detected. i tried to see if its my sata cable problem by exchanging it with my hdd which is detected. i also tried to boot it up on my laptop , dosent work. next rma?? btw anyone knows where i can send to to repair my ssd? Thanks!

it's not dead, leave it for quite a few minutes plugged in and powered on, then it'll work... after that, update the firmware... Crucial.com Product Downloads - Firmware Updates

had that problem, updated firmware, no more problem...

i tried it by leaving power plug in and removing sata cable and letting it run for ahwile but it dosent seem to work. btw its quite a "popular" problem right? i did a google search and they seem to have the 5200hrs problem?
