it is linked. once repealed.. the legal basis for marriages will become the point of contest to allow for same sex marriages and then other form of marriages.

It is a false link, because the legal basis and even constitutional basis can be amended or updated easily with the passing of new laws. We have a strong majority Govt, and will continue to have for the foreseeable future. And this Govt has proven many times they are willing to amend the laws as deemed fit.

maybe it is. but the link willl allow pinkdot to hold more protests in hong lim park because the end goal is not just to repeal 377a. but to legalise same sex marriages and adoptions or surrogacy for kids

legal defination of marriage also comes under simi women's charter.... everything also under women? why not men's charter?
