Best times to let the world see the true nature of Japanese people, also giving neighbors Russia and China to good excuse if Japan want to revoke their WW2 constitution restrictions, only make possible only with 2/3 votes in parliament and national referendum.

In the UN Charter (Articles 53, 77, 107) allow member nation to take direct military action if Japan demonstrates aggression.
