Car
own 4 room HDB bought in 2017
Thinking of EC/condo

Personally think lifestyle will suffer if they overstretch to buy an EC.

2nd property then aim EC/condo is late... forget it... the 2nd property what they plan to do with it? take profit then downgrade for retirement or they plan to upgrade then add more properties? if they want to take profit then downgrade i think they sell their hdb then play bto toto 2nd time better....

got income but no actual expenditure hard to tell whether good advice.

One family can earn 15k but spend 15k

another family earn only 8k but spend 3k.
