Why is it that some modules cannot be added into stars planner? Like once i click add module, the time of the class of that particular module cannot be generated?

Check the class schedule for that module. If there are no lecture/tutorial/seminar timings, you may want to email the relevant school to enquire about the availability of that module.

It might be because the module isn't available during the semester. Some modules are only available in either semester 1 or semester 2.
