Hi, would like to ask if StarHub uses 3rd party courier services or they have their own? Do they check your IC upon delivery? As I’m still waiting for my replacement IC atm. Thanks in advance!

They will check your IC. I believe it was already stated on the terms when you chose home delivery.
If you have the IC collection slip, that might work.

When I got my StarHub SIM Card, the delivery person is wearing a Polo T-Shirt with StarHub logo embroidered on it. There are no signs that I can tell that indicates it's a third party courier service.

The delivery person will use a device to scan the NRIC to confirm delivery of your SIM card, with a email confirmation of the Delivery Document in PDF sent to you.
