M1 pretty famous for not working.. 🤷‍♂️
That's coz those whose M1/Maxx lines are fine don't post very much on social media.

M1+Maxx user here too, since Day 1. Their CSOs understand English much better than the red one, don't need to repeat or get misunderstood aka waste time.

Well, not from my experience. Thought their MVNOs have been decent as compared to M1 itself. Probably the areas you frequent have better M1 connectivity. 🤷‍♂️

The Bespoke migration etc. was the final nail in the coffin for me to move out. Though have to say, M1 is cheap, just not exactly pain free for my usage needs and experience.

Are you at NE side? bo ko leng...
I live in the East and it has been more 5G than 4G for me. I also work in Jurong, so I cross the whole island daily. At work, it's also more 5G. There are occasions of 4G, like when I'm in the lift and in some areas on the MRT like the underground parts of the EWL, but it's largely 5G.

I rate Singtel's 5G NSA much more reliable in the train since my work line is on Singtel, but Starhub has improved somewhat in the last 2 months.
