If a course has an allocated examination date but no available index (i.e. classes), is it still available for the upcoming semester?

may not be offered.. last sem i had one elective module also liddat. no index. in the end not offered. but not sure if its isolated case or not

ya have exam date then no index so i thought was bug or sth. in the end during add/drop i check that mod not offered at all..

clash the whole sem or like first 2wks kind? last sem i had a mod first 2 wks clash with core. i appealed and they allow me to add the elective.
