Startup error: 0xc000000f

Hi bros,

This is a new diy pc.
After installing all drivers properly, I still encounter this problem at startup. Not a big issue at the moment because after i press ESC button, I get to proceed to desktop without any issue.
Does anyone know of the possible root to this error? Appreciate your help, thanks!

Thank you, I went to BIOS to change the boot options sequence. Issue resolved!
