just booked on zuji thai airways tickets with 17 hours of transit in bkk. i understand that thai offers free transit hotel for stopover between 6 to 24 hours.

has anyone used the free accomodation by thai in bkk before? how do we book? via the travel agent or directly from the airline?

I guess it depends on what are the T&Cs. I know Qatar also have something similar.
