Strange "New messaging features" notification received everyday

I have been receiving the above notification when I turn on my phone recently. I try to check the web but it seems like no one has received such notification before.

At first, I click on No. Later, after noticing that it pops up everyday when I turn on my phone, I decide to type in my phone number and click on Yes. It does not seem to register and it pops up again. Does anyone knows what is this and from which app does it come from? I did not install any new app recently.

OS: Android 5.1.1 non root

Could be malware. My advise is to factory reset the phone.

Yes. On singtel but why would singtel ask for my mobile number when they have the information themselves? Furthermore, when I type in my phone number and click yes, the message pops up again.

Sorry I can't help you there. I can only guess it is part of the bloatware apps installed by them. You may wish to seek clarification from their CSOs instead.
