Streaming with i5 3470?

Can i stream games(twitch.tv) with these specs?

CPU: i5 3470
m/b: Asrock H77m
GPU: Sapphire 7850HD 2GB OC edition
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB

i using something similar, i can stream up to 3 of the twitch tv dota 2 matches 720p+ with around temps of 53-55. should be fine imo

edit* on a sucknet 10mbps adsl ;(

if your talking about streaming to twitchtv...3470 should be able for games like CS:GO, DOTA2 that kind, the others i dunno.... like Swift bro suggested, a Capture card is always better for streaming

and thanks for the advice. was just thinking whether if i should go for i5 3470 with a asrock h77m or a amd equivalent. reason why i want the asrock h77m was because of the 7.1 surround sound card and i dont wanna spend more money on a K version of i5.
