Tiagong your skin will improve a lot with this diet.

Basically this diet consists of only meat, eggs, vegetables/fruits and water. No other nonsense food and drinks…

Anyone try before? If so, can you advise which places you frequent when eating out?

Eggs, vegetables and fruits are also nonsense food that contains sugar.
Sugar, Dairy and Gluten free diet should not contain eggs, vegetables and fruits.

Natural sugar from fruits/vegetables etc is different and contains fibre to slow down sugar absorption also

Got ezcema… like recently flare up after I consume lots of sugar and milk
Have you checked with the doctor/nutritionist for advice on the food types to avoid?

My siblings have eczema when they hit 30s. My sister had quite serious condition until she had to take no-pay leave for her work. So for her, no seafood, no eggs, no dairy foodstuffs, no mushrooms (Chinese saying it’s toxic), no yam. She eats clean, plus medication, seems to be better. But I’m not sure if she is on gluten-free diet.

Wow.
Is this real science? Or some nutri-grade style state promoted fake science?
Can you name some of these un-natural or super-natural sugar?
What are their chemical composition and how are they different from "natural sugar from fruits/vegetables"?

My mum usually does her cooking with little salt - Chinese boiled soups, stir-fried vegetables with some meat (pork/chicken). Steamed dishes (egg or fish) are common. There’s no beef/mutton, no Western food such as pasta or spices (my dad can’t stand spicy stuff), only Chinese dishes with rice or mixed rice. Breakfast would usually be bread with spread, or individual buns, soft boiled eggs with hot Milo.

Only occasionally my mum would cook instant noodles (she doesn’t like using the flavoring powders) with fresh ingredients for quick lunches. Or dabao cai png.

Now she cooks more vegetables and there’s still fish/seafood dishes (not so often) but my siblings would be tucking into others and soup except fish/seafood.

Doctors have shared that the eczema might have been triggered by stress instead, since there’s no family history with that.

I’ll still recommend you to clarify with your doctor as everyone is different.

Just adding on, we are not fans of sweet stuff, no BBT or fruit juices, as for fruits - apples or oranges. Even Milo is without sugar. Only my mum takes Anlene for her bones. My siblings don’t drink milk.
