Suggestions for a multimeter?

Assembling my own PSU and need to measure the output voltage. I need a multimeter for this, but have no experience buying/using these.

I see there are models from Uni-T and Aneng. Any of them good? I don't want to spend too much, but a quality unit which can measure the DC voltage accurately is preferred.

I see there is also the cable clamp style multimeter. Any disadvantages to these?

I use the UNI-T UT33A+, its pretty good and accurate for a cheap multimeter, also read that it passed some stress tests on another forum.

Cable clamp is for measuring current. There aren't any inherent "disadvantages", any advantages and disadvantages depends on the implementation internally.

i gout the cheapo Aneng battery tester. rusted after a couple month. i think can avoid.
Sanwa is a good brand. but then, how much u willing to spend on multimeter?

I personally bought Sanwa CD800A3. if you want cheaper i think Sanwa PM3 is good enough.

There are some YT videos suggesting that cable clamp is a more comprehensive instrument, for only slightly more money.
