Currently in Osaka now and tml i am gg back home from Kansai Airport.

Anywhere that i can refund the Suica card value + deposit?

No. Suica is under JR East. Just keep it for next trip.

use the time , spd the money on 711 or anything that accept suica ba

It can last for 10 yrs since last used, according to the JR website....Unless you say you will never go to japan for the next 10 yrs...then you should get a refund at the office

The last I checked, can't get refund. I checked with the counters. They just told me to keep the card haha

no point refunding, coz
- SUICA can only be refunded in JR East stations, so u cant do so anywhere near osaka
- there is 10 years validity, can just keep for next trip
- there is an admin fee to recover remaining value in the card

or sell to fellow hwzer with the remaining value inside
