Super poor services from Sony Xperia centre !

On 1/6/13 , i went to sent in my phone to service because my phone wasn't able to boot up after updating to .253 , at wisma . So , sony's staff lionelteo told me it will that approximately 5-7 days to get it done or else i can travel down to bishan j8 and send in my phone for services , it will take 3 hr. I rejected and send in my phone at wisma.
So on 8/6/13 , i went down to Bishan Junction 8 to collect my phone. YOUR STAFF TOLD ME IT HASNT BEEN FIXED AND TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 7 DAY TO GET IT FIXED. That time , i'm really disappointed and i had to just wait for another 7 days.
So yesterday , 13/6/13 , I called up your staff and ask about my phone whether it has been fixed and if not , will it be fixed by 15/6/13 . So they TOLD ME NO. IT WILL TAKES MORE THAN 14DAYS . I'm really ****** off with the services sony. 1st 5-7 day. 2nd 14 days . 3rd more than 14 days. IT'S JUST A SOFTWARE PROBLEM , you can get it done at Bishan junction 8 within 3hr BUT HOW CAN YOU NOT GET IT DONE WITHIN 14 days ?! I understand that there are thousand of phone that you guys had to fix but 14++ days to get my software problem done IS WAY TOO UNREASONABLE .

u can go down J8 to complain... dont bother calling their helpdesk...

My customer Xperia z have stuck for more than 2 weeks in the service center already.

Thats life.. so have to wait patience.. nothing more to say..

Is there anymore thing i can do about it ? :/ Later go down they tell me havent been fixed , waste my trip down! sigh

U went down your self or they called u to collect?

Sony services Centre really suckup n cockup, I already remind people at Sony xz forum about their poor servicing if u want to buy Sony products

Maybe when the next round you go down and they tell you they need more time to fix it , you should insist that you want to see the manager. Maybe then your problem can be fix . It is not the problem with phone , it is the problem of those CSR ( customer service officer) . You should bang hard on the manager ( F him upside down if you can ). Sometime those CSR like to bully kind people. I did this on Intel when I RMA my Xeon chip , banged so hard on the gal until she cry. :s13:

If in your own words those words are true please kindly do us all a favour . Please complain that guy.

Sony don't even Call u to collect, they just simply sms u. So pls give them a call to check your phone status, don't waste time going down. Email n complain as well.

Regarding your phone about updates, if your phone unable to boot up, it's not simply reboot n reinstall firmware. But again, their services suck max.

I was planning to wait for Xperia ZU to come out , probably will still go for Samsung handphone later , since the sony after sales support is managed by ahbeng phone support ( as good as go Mustafa and buy)..

Empathize your situation but we here in Singapore has no choice since Sony cut cost and franchise their service out to 3 Mobile. The real service center used to be at Wisma Atria which is under Sony Care, that belongs to Sony but was closed down after the cost cutting exercise. The mobile service center at Bishan belongs to 3 Mobile before they renovated the premises to look "Sony". So in terms of services and support, there is none. Owners of Sony phones in Singapore are at the mercy of a third party, like Apple owners.

BUT SONY TAKES 2 WEEK ? WTH IS HAPPENING SERIOUSLY.
How do i react to them tomorrow?

bang table, call for manager, talk loudly but politely.. so that others can hear you, and manager will be embarassed, wun try to siam things.

Have you try CASE ? I think time to launch complain and blow it big into newspaper. Good publicity for Sony . :s13:
