Have an account and transferred a very small amount to test how the transfer works. Yes, agree that the user interface is not friendly. I am strongly considering to exit Syfe due to the management fees.
if you're mainly mobile user, download both the IBKR and Impact app. Impact app is much simpler to navigate, but IBKR app allows you to deposit and withdraw while impact don't have that function strangely somehow.
