UI is basic but with live prices. Whatever is listed in US you can buy, at least that's what I tried so far.

Funds in your Syfe Trade account are held on trust by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch (“HSBC”).

Using Syfe Trade, what’s the fees like? Is it need to pay commission+AUM fees+FX fees?

Trying to understand if IBKR is still better than Syfe Trade.

I wonder how and what they earn from free trades. Selling deal flow? Forex spread?

price and fees are explained in details here: https://help.syfe.com/hc/en-us/arti...e-regulatory-charges-applicable-to-my-orders-

do not expect IBKR level. that bar is high. IBKR is selling a suite of service as its USP. syfe trade is very basic style for a start. just buy and sell type of broker for now. no in-depth charts, think robinhood style charts alike.

i'll still use my IBKR for majority purpose, this for me is more like for small trades and itchy trades

ibkr can be live
poor cs might be dependent on your mileage
UI is a very personal thing

I am not familiar with brokerage firms in SG. But are these fees competitive? Seems like there are only forex fees built into the rate. And for sale, regulatory charges which are presumably identical everywhere.
For the time being i'll say price wise yes as first 5 trades are free for promo and 2 after promo but need to do 1 trade first to see if the regulatory charges comes in. Wouldnt expect the fees of such to be high. Like all other brokers whos getting started Bearing in mind the early sign up bonus (when you do get in) will be a good to secure these bonuses. Currently only avail by invite and referrals.

Syfe Trade is still in its beginning stage so they're going slow and steady. Spoke with Syfe at length and there's still stuffs that the team will explore to open at a later stage. One thing I figured is they don't support pattern day trading (PDT) so if you're found to do that more than 3 times in a short time within a 5 days period you're stopped. They don't want to market it as a day trade platform but to align with their robo and branding aim of long term growth I believe.

But like earlier said I'll still stick most of my activities on IBKR for its whole suite of service. Here is for grabbing the bonuses and referrals before they stop the promos and we'll see if the platform and the fees can remain competive. Take it as a trial

Is this still robo service? Or need to manually buy the fractional shares you want like normal brokers? Is money inside here counted as your syfe portfolio money (for calculation monthly fees), or is this a separate thing?

Fractional shares seems good if you want to DCA and get the bigger more expensive stocks, rather than saving a few months to buy. But what is the catch? Hidden charges?
