"System interupts" process at around 15% CPU, is it safe?

Hi there,

I would like to ask if anyone have knowledge with this typical process, it always runs at around 15% CPU Usage every time i am trying to install stuff. During those times, my windows would lag, like freezing cursor, stuttering audio and videos, frequent freezes in games and so on... Anyone knows how to fix this?

this one can be quite a headache

have you checked your PC temperature?

first try updating the driver of your graphics card
if problem still persist, take out 1 piece of ram and boot your PC

if problem persists, try to do a HDD test

its a gaming laptop, at a cooling temperature, card drivers are updated to latest one.. this issue recently just occurred

you updated the GPU driver before this or only after this problem started?

if it's before the problem started, roll back to an older driver

otherwise, you should just send your laptop for a check if it's under warranty even if no warranty i think they should be able to provide with you a diagnosis on what went wrong
