Any place that is not advisable to go during winter period? Im going there ard mid Dec.

Currently on the itinerary are
Taroko, 石门山 peak, 武嶺 viewing platform for sunset/night sky
Cing Jing
Yangmingshan
淡水

would the mountainous areas be too cold during December?

Also what are the places that u would recommend in taipei?
