The only practical way for the Malaysia HSR to come into Singapore would be to lease the land where the HSR would run in Singapore, to Malaysia.

Otherwise, if that cannot be done, the only way is to have another RTS Link, from Tuas or Jurong East to the southernmost HSR station in Malaysia.

Actually, I think the second option is more practical.
