Taobao app having issues with chat function.

Hello. I am currently have issues with my taobao app.
I am unable two chat with seller or see any chat in my chats sections. I am using a iPhone 11. My taobao app is logged on to my iPhone 7 and I can chat with my sellers there.
I’ve tried restarting my phone, logging in and out of app and even downloading and deleting the app multiple times. Anyone can help?

I have never used the app and am also not using an iPhone, but I suggest you visit the website using the browser app and request a desktop site on your browser settings if you don't have a smartphone or computer.

i presume that safari also dun work right?
had you try to reset to factory default on yr ip11?
