Taskbar freeze intermittently

Out of the blue my current desktop windows 10 taskbar having intermittent freeze.

Any idea what cause this?

install win 10/11 to usb drive and test run. If still get intermittent freeze, it's hardwares issues.
If this is the case, try asking in hardware clinic.

I can't open the start button or search bar or anything I pinned to it and also the startup this morning. Whenever I point my mouse to the taskbar, it just seems to be busy icon and clicking on anything does nothing.

But I shutdown for a few hours and startup again just now, and now it seems like its functioning again. I even did a restart a few times and no more freezing. I will monitor a few days before trying the tsteo77's link.
