I'm working on an interesting, online social video encyclopaedia project. I'm in the middle of finalising the business plan and had a prototype built recently through outsourcing. However I'm looking for a dedicated partner to be my cofounder. This person must be strong and experienced in IT skill with a lot of entrepreneur spirit in him/ner.
