Telegraphic Transfer DBS

Has anyone encountered issue with sending telegraphic transfer under DBS Bank where the payment is made from VISA Payments Limited? My transfer is currently left held as the receiver is asking why is sender being VISA Payments Limited and the credit advice is showing another bank account number instead of my bank account at DBS.

Would it not be better if you were to ask DBS how it is done so that you can explain it and the basis of your explanation would be from DBS rather than be someone online?
