Tentatively $3K budget, please recommend

CPU only, no monitor or accessories required.
Will be gaming on my Dell U2713MH 1440p monitor.

Needs:
Will be overclocking (but not those hardcore type)
Casing: Must have easily removable air filter and good airflow for GPU
GPU: Non-reference GPU (hate reference). Prefer Nvidia cause I might plan to SLI in the future. AMD got micro-stuttering (experienced before).
SSD: No need a lot of storage, 250 GB enough
HDD: Not required. Have 8TB of existing HDDs
PSU: Definitely want SeaSonic or Corsair for the quality
CPU: Want the K version cause want to overclock
MB: Overclocking functionality. Prefer Asus or MSI.

For CPU cooler best u see if they are selling or not, else u can buy from Fuwell @ $179 but if u dunno how to fix, as PCT to help u with that CPU installation.
