depends on which cooler u using.

stock cooler should be around 40 (the lowest i think)

other cooler depends on their own cooling system.

I using Cryorig M9i as suggested before haha but my temps like 40 degree also sia.. When using is about 45-50 ( steam / internet / song with rainmeter )
Should I take out fan reapply thermal grease? Using Core Temp to monitor my temperature

How low your cpu temp can go still depends on your ambient temp. And the purpose of getting a aftermarket cooler anyway is to have a better lower load temperature then using the stock cooler. Hence why people overclock with aftermarket cooler. So idle temp at 40 or less is fine.

Fan setup standard one fan front one fan back or two fan front one fan back is fine for most standard pc rig. Too many fans can increase dust and fan noise also not good. Temperature diff with so many fans can differ at most by a few degrees not that worth it also.

@Zero my house not dusty or stuffy wor. But I don't on aircon.. Not sure about my front fans but the front of the case is covered by the metal piece and only got like 2 holes at the side so maybe?

@undead i actually check from bios idle at 42-43ish but yeah i think should be fine bah
