Trying my luck here ... I was onboard RSS Persistence out at sea for couple of weeks in 2015 Jan, and got to eat the most amazing tasting food by this in-ship chef.
This chef (can't rmb his name) looks super fierce and ah beng and has a very fierce looking face, but I can't forget the taste of all his food, from hokkien mee, to chicken rice, to bbq chicken wings etc etc, it's so good, that really, other ships cannot compare, heck, even most restaurants and eateries on shore cannot compare.
I remember telling myself, to try and track down this chef, wherever he goes, whichever restaurant or eatery he works at in future, the food there will be superb and I would like to eat again, at wherever he is at.
Not sure if anyone knows who I am talking about, and where he is cooking at now?
