Other members quoted my post and replied but I didn't receive any notification under the "Alerts" function

Hi @orpisia

Can we seek your assistance to check your settings under "Preferences" and check to see if the relevant notifications are checked.

Do check in with us once you do

Thank you
All "Alert" and "Push" boxes were checked, even for the "Quotes your message" part

Anyway, I received a notification just now when you tagged my username

Hmm. That's good @orpisia

Let's monitor again.

P.s. Is the member by any chance in your ignore list? Or did you happen to accidentally ignore the thread?

Which thread did the user quote you? I head over there to tag you. If it works, let's consider it as a gremlin and we will monitor further

@orpisia have tagged you there. All seems to be working then :)

I will proceed to lock this thread. Please open a new thread if you require further assistance.

Wishing you a great Sunday :)
