netizens stating the facts!!!!!

then lawyers say: this is possibly DEFAMATORY!

thread closed and issues sweep under the rug

is this what sinkies wants for the future SINGAPORE??

then everything is "self-censorship"????

Advisory from your legal tem i can understand as you guys want to be neutral but lawyer notices?

IDA has already confirmed that the MBA is from a degree mill, what possibly case can there be?

The indian FT can't sue because well IDA just confirmed what was posted was indeed true, so her case went out the window also

IDA on the other hand also can't sue because its a statutory board, hence by the law of singapore it cannot sue a citizen

Can pls dvelve deeper as what you say makes no sense?

probably someone at the top feel that it is safer to delete whole thread and wash hands totally, then to discuss with you on the why and how. even though IDA already confirmed that and that girl had no rights to sue, the someone at the top had no faith that justice will prevail.

You all keep pressing doc. vijay like that no use one.

I advise you all to stop this sht, nothing will come out of it. Top level need to save their fave, and IDA and other gov agencies also most probably already increase their scanning requirement to avoid future scandal.

Let it rest. Stop complaining and work hard yourself.
