Thinking which phone to get?

hi there, my plan able to to recontact already. thought my plan is only combo 1 but is abit budget though but if worth topping up i dun mind

but was wondering which phone to get.
mostly is use for surfing internet, watch movie, games without lagging and messaging/what's app

don't mind cheap or expensive as long able to meet the expectation.. thanks in advance

i been looking into xiaomi4i, htc m9, s6?? any phone to recommend?

I do notice that, last time used to be HTC user.. But switch to iPhone then now want get cheap phone cause in saf no choice..
