Hey guys
My X220 is still under warranty, eligible for parts and labour and includes on site repair service. Service is available 7x24 with a 4 hour response objective.
I need technical support like right now, but it seems that the thinkpad hotline closes at 630pm, mon to fri.
What happened to my 7x24 service?
