The longest I have not defecated was during my first two weeks at Tekong BMTC School 2. Back then somehow the change in environment was so stressful for me, I totally couldn't pass motion. I had no appetite for cookhouse food, and kept trying to fart but there was no way I was going to poop, and I had no idea how to solve it. Eventually after two weeks, somehow I finally let go, and I finally defecated in the Tekong toilet. So two weeks in total. No idea why it took so long, but once I let go, the faeces left me naturally. It was a good experience nonetheless.

The only sheet that is there is that he is trying to bullsheet people into believing him

An older video from his Instagram:

Basically, he is using his diaphram and abdominal muscles to extend his belly outwards. Opposite of the yoga abdominal vaccuum where one sucks the belly in.

I learned to do both innately as a young child, then learned that it's call 丹田 breathing when I picked up martial arts in my teens.

Thanks to that, even though my 10-pack is now hidden behind a layer of blubber from the good life, my core is still hard as rock.

U believe him than your head also full of shite lah.

Dun say 53 weeks, if two months plus will be in hospital already

I think if certain period (maybe 1 month) never pass motion, the sh!at inside will turn toxic liao.
