If I don't overclock, will the 1070 Founder's Edition be good enough without thermal throttling?

I prefer blower style cooler because I REALLY don't like hot air blowing into my casing.

I have 1 front intake fan, 1 rear exhaust fan and 2 fans on top. Not sure whether positive or negative air flow.

Palit sjs. It's the only card among the 3 with backplate which means copper heatsinks for better heat dissipation hence the premium. Try to look for awsome deals for it as i managed to purchase it at 509 after applying lazada 100 bucks discount.

I cant find any info on zotac dual fan as well. Only the 1070 mini which has the exact same specs and pics as the dual fan.
