He bought under the short least 2 room flexi scheme where HDB requires the lease to cover the occupant up to 95 yrs old. That's why he has to take at least 40 yr lease

Thats why I ask what happen if he can live until 100... 57 + 40 only 97yo.. or he commit suicide in the house when he celebrate his 97 yo birthday after blowing the candle? Then Birthday and Death day same..
